Embroidery Process - How to Order

Hi!  Welcome to Vienna Stitchworks!

I hope you enjoy viewing and customizing all your embroidery dreams.  I'm here to help you along the way if you have any questions!

Step 1: To place an order, navigate to the product page.  Select the quantity and fill in the comment boxes (Step 2, 3, 4 below)

Step 2: Enter the Embroidery Text in the comment box, when available.  

Step 2: Choose the font.  The font options are available under the main menu and you will indicate this choice on the product page, when available.

Step 3: Choose the thread color.  Thread color options are available under the main menu and you will indicate this choice on the product page, when available.

Please Note: Not all products have Text, Font or Thread Color options.  Some products are sold as is and not customizable. If you see a product that can't be customized, but you wish to order the concept of the product with different details - please submit a Custom Embroidery Order.  From there I will work with you to create the product you desire.

Step 4: Add the item to your cart and check out!

Typical turn around time is about 2-3 weeks.  If an item is needed before two weeks, please email me at viennastitchworks@gmail.com.  There will be a rush fee for any items needed sooner than two weeks.

Company Logos: There are additional steps in stitching logos onto products.  This typically involves digitizing the chosen design, which translates the logo into a format that embroidery machines can read. The digitization process is critical, as it determines the stitch type, density, and path of the embroidery.  If you need a Logo stitched, please submit a Custom Embroidery Order and I will reach out to you.
